What is Luna Green?

Luna Green is an online women's wellness membership devoted to holistic health. It is a space where you will learn how to integrate the balance of Nature with your modern lifestyle.

Each month we practice yoga, meditation, ritual and movement, and we come together in sacred circle.

What You Will Receive

The program:

  • One weekly Yoga for Women class that is pre-recorded for you to practice at your convenience.
  • One monthly Women's Wellness Circle that can be live or pre-recorded, depending on participation. The date and time will vary according to the energetic movements and sacred days of the year (equinoxes, solstices, etc.). 
  • A Detox Week every season. A guide will be available for you to follow, with instructions and sample recipes and you will have ongoing support channels with me and the group.

Weekly Yoga for Women Classes (pre-recorded)

Yoga tailored to women’s needs that integrates the modalities I’ve learned over the course of the last 25 years of explorations into women’s health. Each class is designed to 1) stimulate and nurture the pelvic area, breasts and brain and 2) to regulate our endocrine and nervous systems. You will also learn how to adapt your practices to your menstrual cycle and other rhythms of natural life.

Women's Wellness Circle (live or pre-recorded)

A sacred gathering focused on mental, physical, and spiritual wellbeing. Our monthly circle is where magic happens. When we interlace our energies in Circle, we grow more peaceful and more powerful. Each Circle will be centered on a theme—be it a sacred ritual, wellness modality or aspect of health— to gain wisdom and insight into our own lives. 

Most circles will be held live. Some may be pre-recorded, depending on participation and monthly events.

Your Guide


I am a certified instructor in Prana Flow Yoga (Shiva Rea) and Integral Yoga, with 25 years of experience in yoga and wellness. My training spans several styles and traditions:  Vinyasa Flow, Integral Yoga, traditional Hatha Yoga, Anusara Yoga, therapeutic yoga, bioenergetics, Akashic Records, Reiki, mantras, and meditation. I was part of the yoga teacher training staff at Ser Interior for ten years. Today I lead classes, workshops, training programs, and retreats, and I am a facilitator for Women’s Circles. My specialties are in Yoga for Women, Vinyasa Flow, chakra healing, mantras, and meditation. My first music album was released in 2109, Essence of Mantra, and I continue to lead kirtans and medicine music concerts. I was also a tour group coordinator for 17 years, leading groups of travelers across four continents, including Patagonia and Antarctica. I love this entire divine Earth, with its oceans, rivers, mountains, jungles, forests, deserts, and glaciers. All the landscapes I have had the joy of experiencing are part of my worldview and teaching.

  • How does it work?

    Each week you will have access to pre-recorded yoga sessions housed in an easy-to-use online platform. Each month we will have a live Women's Cirlce on zoom (some may be pre-recorded). Each season you will have access to a Detox Week plan with instructions, menus and support. You will be able to revisit all classes and information throughout your membership.

  • How long do the classes last?

    The Yoga for Women sessions are one-hour classes. Our Women’s Wellness Circles can last between 60 and 90 minutes. The Detox Week is an independent nutritional diet program that you navigate on your own, with daily support from me.

  • Do I need previous yoga experience?

    You do not need prior yoga experience. My Yoga for Women classes are beginner-friendly and specially designed for different fitness levels. Each class includes pose options and variations to include all types of bodies and moments of life.

  • Will I have direct support from Valerie?

    Yes, you will be able to communicate directly with me and the other members of our group through WhatsApp.
